RECENTLY RENOVATED!! New paint, carpet, furniture, bedding, tv's and more! You will feel right at home in this 1100 s.f., 3rd floor, 3 bed/2 bath condo. It sits right on the sandy beaches of the Santa Rosa Sound with easy beach access to the Emerald Gulf Coast being only a 5 minute walk away. You will experience sunrises and sunsets over the Sound and Gulf from the balacony that can be accessed from the living area and the Master Bedroom. The Master bedroom has a comfy Queen size bed that you can see the ocean from while still lying in bed. It has a private bathroom, walk-in closet, dresser for extra storage and a Roku TV w/cable and streaming capabilities. The Hall Guest Bedroom also has a comfy Queen bed w/large closet, tv and the bathroom is just steps away. The Kid's Room is decorated in the yellow and blue's of the Navy's Blue Angels and many photographs from thier flights here in the area. It has 2 Twin memory foam mattresses, large closet, dresser, Roku TV w/cable and streaming capabilities such as Disney+. The Sunshine yellow shared bathroom is just to the right. Plenty big enough to share, ample storage, towel dry hooks and lots of natural light. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, so you won't need to pack so much. Also in laundry you will find beach towels, iron, ironing board, mop, broom and vaccum to help with your clean ups. The kitchen is fully stocked for everything you might need to cook an easy meal such as a crockpot, waffle maker, toaster, mixer and coffee pot. The kitchen has a dine-in bar that seats 3 and directly across from it is a bar height dining table that seats an additional 3 people. Also a highchair and a pack-n- play are provided. The living room has a large cozy sofa sleeper (linens available), 2 modern chairs that will hug your body after a fun day at the beach, TV/DVD player, along with many games and books to choose from. You can take your morning cofffee, afternoon tea or evening cocktail right off the living room onto the balcony and watch the calming waters of the Sound and the beautiful Navarre skies.
You will provided a 'starter' kit, which consiist of (1) toilet paper roll per bath, (1) paper towel roll (1) trashbag, (1) dishwasher pod, dishsoap, (1) washer pod, dryer sheets, travel size shampoo, conditioner and lotion per bath.
You can walk directly across the street and have dinner or a drink at The Beachcomber at the Springhill Suites, walk 10-15 minutes either south to The Windjammer for food, drinks or live entertainment at the Navarre Pier (largest on the gulf), or north to Juana Pagoda's Sailor's Grill for food, drinks, dancing, live entertainment, volleyball, kayak and waverunner rentals and more. You can take the beautiful scenic drive west through the Gulf Shores National Beach area to Pensacola Beach to eat at several restaurants...almost too many to choice from. Also, within a 5 minute walk to The Beach Shoppe, you can rent bicycles to ride on the large sidewalks, rent a scooter, check out flyers of many activities in the area or do a little souvenier shopping. Navarre is centrally located between Pensacola and Destin, so whatever you might think of is possible.
You will also find 4 fold up chairs to take to beaches, a beach wagon to carry toys, chairs, ice chest, etc. and 6 beach towels. There is a nice size pool (not heated) and bath house that you and your family can relax at if you tire of the beaches. There are community grills you can cook out on behind bldg #7 on the property. You will be offered 2 parking spaces. Trailer, boat or RV parking is NOT allowed.

*We REQUIRE a (3) night minumum stay to book. One half (1/2) of your total cost is due to book and to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. We have a 100% refund within 60 days, 50% refund within 30 days. No refunds under 30 days. You will be given the option to reschedule and apply any fees paid. We accept Venmo, PayPal and Checks. We do not allow pets, smoking, parties or events. There will be a $250 fee if smoking or pets are found. Guest who books must be at least 25 yrs of age. Please note ther are NO elevators at the complex and this is a 3rd floor unit, so guests must be able to climb stairs.
Occupancy Limit 6 . If more guest are found it could result in immediate removal with no refunds. If property is found to be needing excessive cleaning there will be a $100 extra clean fee. **NO HOLDS ON DATES!! PAYMENT REQUIRED!**
