We are located on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive near St. Andrews State Park, away from the heavily traveled areas but still within a few miles of any of the desired destinations. There are only 72 units in our three story low-rise condos - no elevators to wait on. This means uncrowded conditions at the pool and on the shuffleboard courts . No need to get in the car or cross a busy street to get to the beach. You can enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf from your second or third floor balcony and need travel only about 100 yards to be there. Our condo buildings are arranged in a horseshoe shape with the pool in the center, providing a nice family friendly setting at all times of the year. Sure makes it nice and easy to relax on your patio and watch the kids in the pool at the same time.
Largo Mar Condominiums are located on the eastern side of the beach in Lower Grand Lagoon. Close to numerous restaurants including Capt. Andersons, The Grand Marlin and Schooners. Lots of shopping and many fun activities in close proximity.
Condo #151 is on three separate floors. On the ground level, the kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, washer and dryer, and smart tv.. Being on ground level, means you can walk straight out to the parking lot as well as walk out your patio to the pool or ocean access. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a Queen bed and a twin Murphy bed. Second floor bedroom also has a balcony that looks out to the East, as well as a full bathroom. On the third floor the master king bedroom with a full bath, tv, as well as balcony overlooking the pool with a left angle ocean view. The third floor Master bedroom also has a twin roll away bed in the closet. This condo can comfortably sleep 6. No Pets for any reason are allowed.
