Hangout Vista features a private outdoor 14'x16' gunite pool that can be heated October-May for $60 per day, with a large deck and a convenient pool bathroom. The top floor has a theatre room with 9 reclining chairs and a game room with pool table and table top video game plus nooks for 4 to sleep. To top it all off, a great rooftop deck!
