Both guest bedrooms share a full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. As you enter the main door of this house, you'll find it has an open concept kitchen, family room, & dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove and has stainless appliances, wood cabinets, & granite countertops. A full size washer & dryer can be found in the utility room. The family room is spacious and offers two large sofas and which provides plenty of seating for the entire family. You will not have any trouble viewing the large smart flat screen t.v. centrally located in the living room. The dining area (seating for 6) is located next to the kitchen, with partial views looking out the back sliding door at the gulf. There is no smoking/vaping allowed on the property. No exceptions. Remember, this is someone's personal home, sand stays outside. There is no need for there to be excessive sand in the house. Please make sure you are being respectful of this property and if you bring a pet pickup after them. No pets allowed on furniture or bedding. If excessive violations of this occur, additional cleaning/damage fees will be charged.
