Welcome to "The Seaside at Tuscany" ~ Beachfront ~ Gorgeous Views of the Gulf of America ~ Elevator ~ 6 bedrooms ~ 7 King beds ~ 5 1/2 baths ~ Sleeps 14 ~ Parking for up to 4 large vehicles ~3800 sq ft ~ Wi-Fi & Cable TV in living room and all bedrooms ~ Fully equipped kitchen (including blender & crock pot) ~ Keurig & regular coffee maker ~Washer & Dryer (iron & ironing board) ~ Pack n Play, Highchair ~ 6 Beach chairs, 3 umbrellas ~ Gas Grill *Guest booking must be 25 years or older. NO PETS. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on the property. No fireworks. The parking area and entrance are under video surveillance. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-in time is between 4 pm and 10 pm FIRM. *Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless we are under mandatory evacuation. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather is unpredictable and we always recommend travel insurance.
