This adorable apartment is perfect for a small family or empty nesters. There are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bathroom has been completely renovated with a new vanity and a new tub/shower and is located just outside the bedrooms.
Enjoy the view of the ocean from the new picture windows in the open concept living area. Cable and internet are included with your stay. We have lovingly updated the kitchen with adorable painted cabinets and granite countertops while still maintaining the "Old Florida" charm. Everything you need to prepare meals at home is at your fingertips. *Please note, there is no dishwasher or automatic ice maker.*
Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. The apartment has a washer and dryer. Starter supply of paper products is also provided.
Enjoy the sound of the waves on your ocean front screened-in porch with a private boardwalk to the beach. There is also a park style grill to cook up your fresh catch.
This apartment is a duplex. There is a storage area separating the two units and there are no shared spaces. Adjacent apartment is Sea Oats #1.
This home is pet friendly and allows (1) dog for a $75.00 non-refundable pet fee. If you have any additional pets please contact me and we can discuss.
