The space
We are beach side, so no crossing the street or worrying about the safety of walking to the beach. It's the perfect beach retreat for a romantic getaway or family vacation for a small family.
The Gulf Island National Seashore Park is also a short walk from the condo. Known for its beautiful seashells and private secluded beaches. (Johnson Beach). Email me for a quote!
Mermaid inspired decor and new flooring throughout condo! 55-inch Smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen, Queen Italian leather sofa sleeper with upgraded foam mattress and rocker.
King Bed in bedroom with bunk beds located in the hall. New upgraded mattresses and linens. (*Top Bunk Bed has a 150 lb weight limit. Recommended for children 6 years to 16 years of age) Must be 25 years of age or older to book.
2-3 beach chairs and beach towels are provided for your use, if needed. Activity and Restaurant recommendations will be sent to you after booking to help enhance your stay while in Perdido Key. Come make some memories!
Guest access
The pool and hot tub is right outside of the condo. (An additional pool and hot tub is also located on West side of complex.) Outdoor showers are located near the pool to wash off the sand!
Private Designated Walkway to the beach for the guests of Grand Caribbean East. BBQ Grill located near pool. There is also a pond on the grounds.
Gated Parking with free parking pass provided.
Other things to note
Restaurants and Shopping within one mile. 8 Minute drive to Florabama. Naval Air Station in Pensacola is a 15 minute drive.Pensacola and Gulf Shores Airport are both approx. 35 min drive.
Rental agreement sent after booking. Min. age to book is 25 years of age. Exceptions may be provided to married couples 22 years of age and older. Gated parking with free parking pass for Guest. No pets per HOA. Max occupancy is 6 guests.
I have beach gear for guests to enjoy. Everything is updated in the spring. Between corrosive salt environment and guest use, I can't promise the condition of the chairs/supplies during the summer
