Upstairs, along with the laundry room, you will find the king master bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 full beds. The en-suite Master bath features dual vanities and a walk-in shower, while the shared bath has a tub/shower combination.
"Blue Haven by the Sea" is just a short distance to the Highland Parks pool and pool house. Along with a resort-style pool, hot tub, fire pit and covered grill area, this area also has an observation tower rising above the tree line offering expanding views of the Gulf of Mexico. Within the neighborhood you can wander along sidewalks and brick paved streets leading to Scenic Hwy 30A. The 30A corridor offers everything for everyone. Bike along the bike path, or on the State Park trails directly behind the house. Paddle board on Western Lake, or stroll through an array of galleries and boutiques at Seaside. Highland Parks is also convenient to a number of restaurants throughout Gulf Place, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and Seaside. From fine seafood to casual outdoor dining, you'll find it all nearby.
