The small, gated community of Seacliffs on the north end of the Cape welcomes you - Steps from the beach, this new construction, 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath townhouse boast plenty of room for multiple families. The pool and playground are directly outside of the unit, with the dune walk-over to the beach steps away. A four story townhouse with a private elevator and plenty of room for your entire group. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and the bunkroom as four extra-long twins, making it a great hang-out space for the teenagers in your group. You can watch the sunset from one of your three balconies. Bike to area restaurants on the paved bike path along Cape San Blas Rd. St. Somewhere has covered parking for two cars away from the hot, Florida sun. There is an outdoor shower to rinse everyone off before heading inside. The unit has three air conditioning units to make sure each floor is ready to cool you off from the summer heat. There is no need to bring bottled water to avoid the Florida sulfer water, the unit has a whole-house water filtration system. There is a pack and play on site, ready for the little one. While we love animals, we are trying to keep the unit as clean as possible and allergen-free for all of our guests., so we do not allow pets or smoking. We own multiple units next door to each other within the complex, so if you want to bring more family and friends, but don't want to be in one unit, please call me.
