There’s plenty to do: Rent a pontoon boat by the half day or full day at the marina which is 5 minutes from the condo. Pack a lunch and explore Shell Island and collect some of the Worlds Best Sea Shells. Within a 20 minute drive you can be at Pier Park (170 acres of shopping and restaurants). Panama City is an old fishing Village that is a must see. Just back over the bridge you go and you will end up down town. Take a half day trip and have lunch there, exploring the local color along the way.
Para Sailing is available right down on the beach in front of the condo, including jet ski rentals and banana boat rides as well. The State Park is within a couple of minutes drive from the condo. Enjoy biking or walking up and down the famous Thomas Drive (known in several country songs and even some movies too). There are bikes that can be rented by the week or day along Thomas Drive. And dont forget Outlaws Golf Cart Rentals. They even deliver to your condo.
