This 2nd floor east corner unit is designed as an ADULT ONLY/NO ANIMALS-NO EXCEPTIONS personal vacation residence (couple's or ladies get-away) for 2 persons. Rental includes beach setup with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella from March 1 - Oct 31, 2026 only. Not offered in off-season due to vendor not available.
New beach front building that was completed in Oct. 2010. It is a small 9 unit building with private beach access and outdoor shower. This unit features granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the beautifully designed kitchen. The condo has a small table and chairs on the balcony for enjoying meals while looking at the gulf and listening to the sound of the waves. There is an outdoor charcoal grill in the parking lot and bicycle rack. There is 1 parking space per condo at no charge.
Located on a quiet low traffic dead end road south of 30A, Eastern Lake Road, Seaside and several restaurants are a short bike ride away.
This is a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.
