No Saturday check in from April 2 - October 29 this condo rents Sunday to Sunday with a 6 night minimum. MONTHLY RENTALS NOT OFFERED.
New beach front building that was completed in Oct. 2010. It is a small 9 unit building with private beach access and outdoor shower. This is a 1st floor east corner unit featuring granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the beautifully designed kitchen. The condo has a small table and chairs on the balcony for enjoying meals while looking at the gulf and listening to the sound of the waves. There is an outdoor charcoal grill in the parking lot and bicycle rack. There is 1 parking space per condo at no charge.
Located on a quiet low traffic dead end road south of 30A, Eastern Lake Road, Seaside and several restaurants are a short bike ride away.
This is a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.
