SEAVIEW has just completed a total update/freshing>>> new flooring, new kitchen, new lighting, new large/smart TV's, all new bedding, and fresh & soothing Ocean Air paint.

* Seaview is a clean 4 BR, 3-1/2 bath home with 2 K Masters, 1 Q, & 2 XL twins. Occupancy is 8 adults/children + an infant or two. + your doggie (with a pet fee of $100)
* Seaview costs are simply the rent + 10.5% sales/lodging taxes. We do not fee you to death! No cleaning fee!, No booking fee!
* Located next to the bike path and 1 mile from the lighthouse. A short 150 steps to the white sands of the Gulf!
* Expanded, privated heated pool with fire pit (roast marshmellows), outdoor H/C shower, hot tub, picnic table and lots of lounge chairs.
* POOL is heated FREE OF CHARGE in Mar, Apr, & May and Sept, Oct, & Nov. Other weeks can be heated based on the weather at $100/wk.
* Ready for the beach? We supply beach towles, beach chairs, unbrellas, & sand toys, (Saves you $380 for family of 6)
PLEASE NOTE that Seeview is a NO SMOKING home. We are family oriented and do NOT rent to primary renters under 25.
