All Summer Rentals Run From Saturday To Saturday.
We only rent to families (not groups). Must be 25 or older.
This unit can only accommodate up to 8 people. Overloading this unit at anytime with more than 8 people will result in immediate eviction.

~Check-in 5PM, Check-out 10AM (If unit is ready early we allow early check-in)
There is no smoking/vaping allowed on the property. No exceptions. Remember there is an outdoor shower and foot wash, sand stays outside. This is someone's personal home. There is no need for there to be excessive sand in the unit. Please make sure you are being respectful of this property, neighbors, and its contents. If excessive violations of this occur, additional cleaning/damage fees will be charged.
