Relax in our resort-style pool. Play some pickleball or bring your boat and enjoy Little Lagoon.

The space
Perfect for your next family vacation, our condo features a main living area with open concept. The bedroom can be closed off by the barn door though it's not a tight seal. Full bath with nice tub for soaking and a washer/dryer. The second bed is a full-sized pullout sofa.
Many of our furnishings are custom-made or unique to only our condo!
For the angler, we have a covered fish cleaning station right on the boat dock. And charcoal grills on the property.
We have a smart TV but no cable.
All amenities are free, and there are NO RESORT FEES.
And the beach is right across the street, so you won't have to drive somewhere and search for parking!
Guest access
Our 7th-floor condo boasts stunning views of the Gulf. You can easily access it by elevator, so there's no need to take the stairs unless you prefer to. While driving is the primary way to get around, there's also a bike lane for those who enjoy cycling. Please note that a one-time, $30 parking fee is required upon arrival, which goes directly to the racquet club and covers your entire stay.
