Policies
Disclaimer: A starter supply of basic essentials such as paper products, including bath tissue and paper towels along with a few laundry & dish detergent tabs, & liquid dish detergent are provided to help get you through your first night. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.
*Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within (60) days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. Cancellations between the initial booking date and 60 days before the check-in date may result in a cancellation processing fee.
Max occupancy is 12 total guests. Student groups under the age of 25 and chaperoned groups are not allowed.
All renters must know this is a NON-SMOKING property. Meaning no smoking inside or outside under the carport or anywhere on the property grounds. Fees will apply if rules are broken.
