With two open carports on the ground level, there are views of the water before you step out of the car. On the ground floor, the first guest bedroom can be found, offering a queen-size bed and a view of the Gulf of America. A bath is attached, and a ground floor balcony can be accessed from this room. Upstairs, the remaining three bedrooms and open living areas can be found. The spacious kitchen has white quartz countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals or host a party. An island offers bar seating-this paired with the dining table means every guest has options on where to sit. The living room continues the open floor plan, with a ship lap entertainment center with large "smart" flat screen television, & electric fire place. Outside on the deck, you'll be enjoying grilling your catch of the day and enjoying the sunset over the beach. The master suite is located off the dining area, featuring a king-size bed and "smart" flat screen television. The bathroom has dual sinks, separate tub and shower, and a vanity area perfect for getting ready to explore everything Navarre has to offer. Both upstairs guest bedrooms are directly off the main living room, with one offering a king-size bed and attached bath, which is shared with the final bedroom that has two full-size beds. Both guest rooms upstairs have smart televisions for enjoying a night in. Outside facing the gulf is tiki hut offering a sink, mini fridge, and bar with built-in bar stools; it's a great place to unwind after a day enjoying the Gulf of America.

We only rent to families (not groups). Must be 25 or older.
This unit can only accommodate up to 10 people. Overloading this unit at anytime with more than 10 people will result in immediate eviction

There is no smoking/vaping allowed on the property. No exceptions. Remember there is an outdoor shower and foot wash, sand stays outside. This is someone's personal home. There is no need for there to be excessive sand in the unit. Please make sure you are being respectful of this property, neighbors, and its contents. If excessive violations of this occur, additional cleaning/damage fees will be charged.
