The large fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and counter space to easily seat 4-adults making cooking and entertaining at home a delight. Bring the whole family! But beware, you won't want to leave!
The home amenities include: private beach walkover, 4 king bedrooms, and 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, 3-1/2 bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, over sized fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer, wireless network access, and 5 hdtv's with dvd players. A two car carport is below the townhome and a private outside shower/changing room is located on the huge covered deck. Linens and towels are provided. Also note, our west end unit is the only one of the 3-unit townhomes that is a rental. The other 2-units are private vacation homes that are seldomly used by their owners. If you happen to meet them, they're really nice folks. This unit is over 3000 Sq. Ft.
Important:
The Owners do not allow Motorhomes of any kind to be parked on the property! There is no smoking/vaping, pets, or events allowed on the property...No exceptions. Remember there is an outdoor shower and hose, sand stays outside. This is someone's personal home. There is no need for there to be excessive sand in the unit. Please make sure you are being respectful in this area. If excessive violations of this occur, additional cleaning/damage fees will be charged.
