This PET FRIENDLY, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house is located in the community of Emerald Shores, right along Scenic Highway 98 in Destin. Emerald Shores is the perfect community to vacation in when it comes to your dream family vacation. This community is equipped with 2 swimming pools (1 that is seasonally heated), a private tennis court and its own community tram that offers rides to and from the beach. Speaking of the beach, when you stay in Emerald Shores you will have access to your very own private beach access with an amazing private pavilion that offers drinks, food and private restrooms. If the tram ride is full, don't worry. It is a very short walk to and from your private beach access.
You'll find "Magnolia Manor" is fully equipped with everything you need as your home away from home. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The 2 covered patios have outdoor furniture for wonderful mornings with coffee or to enjoy with friends in the evening. The driveway will fit 3 cars during your stay. We provide a cart with beach chairs, toys and umbrellas for your convenience. We also have FREE WIFI (wireless Internet) in this unit.
We are also PET FRIENDLY! We love our family members with furr & would love to host yours! (We include a pet fee at checkout)
The one of a kind beach front Pavilion has storage for the provided cart and bathrooms so you do not have to make a trip back to the house while enjoying a full day at the beach.
This Destin, Florida Vacation House is located between the pool and the ocean. It is a short walk to either. There are many things to do in Destin! We hope you enjoy your stay with us at "Magnolia Manor".
