Bedrooms: A king bedroom with en‑suite half bath, a queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom (two twin beds) accommodate six guests.
Bathrooms: A full bath stocked with fluffy towels, toiletries and a hairdryer, plus a half bath off the primary bedroom for added privacy.
Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and a coffee station featuring ice maker & filtered water. The dining table seats 4.
Living & Porch: The open living/dining space flows naturally and is filled with natural light. Board games and books invite cozy evenings inside. Through sliding doors you’ll find a screened porch, perfect for sipping tea while listening to songbirds.
Outdoor oasis: The fenced yard includes a seating area for a relaxing day/evening with family and friends. Beach gear (cooler, chairs, towels) is provided, and there’s a pet waste station (pooper scooper and labeled trash bin) to keep the lawn clean.

Security: For your safety, a motion‑sensitive video doorbell monitors the entry. It faces the front yard and street only.
