The space
My 3‑bedroom, 1.5‑bathroom cottage built in 1962 is perfect for families and friends seeking comfort and convenience.
Bedrooms: A king bedroom with en‑suite half bath, a queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom (two twin beds) accommodate six guests.
Bathrooms: A full bath stocked with fluffy towels, toiletries and a hairdryer, plus a half bath off the primary bedroom for added privacy.
Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and a coffee station featuring ice maker & filtered water. The dining table seats 4.
Living & Porch: The open living/dining space flows naturally and is filled with natural light. Board games and books invite cozy evenings inside. Through sliding doors you’ll find a screened porch, perfect for sipping tea while listening to songbirds.
Outdoor oasis: The fenced yard includes a seating area for a relaxing day/evening with family and friends. Beach gear (cooler, chairs, towels) is provided, and there’s a pet waste station (pooper scooper and labeled trash bin) to keep the lawn clean.
Parking: Large driveway enough for 2+ cars and Boat
Security: For your safety, a motion‑sensitive video doorbell monitors the entry. It faces the front yard and street only.
Guest access
Entry is via a digital Wi‑Fi smart lock, so you can check in and out at your convenience. You’ll receive a personal code before arrival.
Other things to note
Pet policy: Well‑behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee. Use the pet waste station in the yard to dispose of waste properly.
Accessibility: There is a small step at the gate and two steps into the house; individuals with mobility challenges may require assistance.
Quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please respect neighbors.
No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on the porch.
