We welcome you to 'Grandmama's' where you can relive some of your favorite childhood vacations or create your own wonderful memories. This spacious 3000 sq ft upscale 5 bedroom/ 3.5 bathroom home gives you plenty of room for family fun but also has it's own separate children's' play room when you are looking for your own 'space'. The fully equipped Kitchen has granite countertops, separate island, and lots of dining space. There are water views from every window and full decks across the front and back of the house along with a huge covered area below with a built in picnic table and swings for lounging. You are just across the street from the beach and a short walk west to the public walkover which is your gateway to lots of lazy days at the most beautiful beach in the Panhandle! The bike path is directly in front of the home so bring your bikes and the family can enjoy all the sites of Santa Rosa Island. We promise you that your first visit here won't be your last!
