The view is spectacular from our 11th-floor balcony located directly on the beautiful Gulf of America. The beach is right below your balcony with its world-famous, sugar-white sand and clear, emerald blue/green water. Here you will find all the amenities of a perfect Florida vacation, but without the traffic and crowds.
This large, two-bedroom condominium comes fully furnished with all you will need and has two full baths, a large kitchen, and a private balcony equipped with a table & four chairs. A new granite kitchen/dining area has just been installed, which includes a 36' high granite dining room table that sits right below and attached to the kitchen bar area. We also have a small table for two which is standard height. The dining room table seats six people. There is also a 50 inch flat screen TV in the great room.
The master suite features a king-size bed, 40 inch flat screen TV, walk-in closet, separate dressing/vanity area, whirlpool tub, and separate sliding glass doors to the balcony overlooking the Gulf. The guest bedroom is also a master suite with a private entrance into a new remodeled bathroom with a large jetted tub, new tile and granite countertop. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed, features a stunning view of Santa Rosa Sound, and a 36 inch TV. The great room sofa converts to a queen size bed. For those who enjoy exercising we have a large pool next to the beach, two full-size lighted tennis courts, basket ball courts, a fully equipped fitness center, and a bike trail to Pensacola along unspoiled natural seashore.
Navarre Beach is the perfect getaway for those who value privacy. We are a small community nestled between Gulf Islands National Seashore's eight miles of pristine beach, and Navarre State Park. However, nightlife and shopping is a short drive away. The town of Navarre is just across the sound, and Pensacola and Destin are less than 30 minutes away. Come and visit us. Make this your home-away-from-home to rejuvenate, relax, and have fun!
