Sitting directly on the white sugar sands of Navarre Beach, this Older Style 4 bedroom/3 bath private home boasts stunning and panoramic ocean views everyday!
Watch the dolphins in the morning while sipping coffee on the huge wrap around deck, read a book or take a nap in the afternoon and then it's sunset time at the beach. This house also has it's own private walkover over the dune to make it easy for everyone to get there or to haul supplies for the day.
Comfortable and tastefully decorated, the great room is a combination of kitchen, dining room with a HUGE, Custom Made for the owners, wooden table that seats 10 and living area with high beamed ceiling. Kitchen offers all the amenities needed to create a big meal for the gang.
The entire wall facing the gulf is windows so your views are fabulous inside and out. Comfortable beds/3 full baths and house sleeps 10 with plenty of room.

There is no smoking/vaping allowed on the property. No exceptions. Remember there is an outdoor shower and foot wash, sand stays outside. This is someone's personal home. There is no need for there to be excessive sand in the unit. Please make sure you are being respectful of this property, neighbors, and its contents. If excessive violations of this occur, additional cleaning/damage fees will be charged.
