Seacrest has one of the nicest, coolest lagoon pools in all of Florida. Boasting 13,000 sq ft, this multi level lagoon pool features waterscapes, waterfalls, fountains and you can grab a raft and float all afternoon. We have a private beach access as well, just 100 yards away from this house. Many communities along 30A, do not have private beach access. Why would you want to stay in a community with no beach access? There are 300+ homes in Seacrest but only 11 that sit right on the pool deck with your own private gate. Our 4 bedroom house is one of these. Our Pool Deck House just completed a six figure "Whole House" renovation in 2021. All new flooring, all new bathrooms,furniture, linens, an amazing new "Chef's Kitchen" with all new appliances, quartz counters, cabinetry even fixtures too! Open your french doors off the living area and your on the lagoon pool deck. Kids & Adults love this New for 2024 is the poolside cafe and tiki bar. You can grab a frzen daiquri or a grilled burger or other tasty treats and never leave the pool area.. Were just 1 block to the beach so its an easy walk but you will find that the kids will end up favoring just hanging out back at this amazing pool. Seacrest offers a beach tram service too. This will pick you up at your front door and take you right to the beach steps.This beach is a private beach just for the owners and guests of Seacrest Beach. Do not get fooled into some other communities along 30A, that appear to be on the beach or near the beach, yet they have no deeded beach access. So your getting in your car and driving to a public beach. Seacrest Beach owns its own beach!!! Done at the beach, just call them from your cell and the tram will pick you up and return your whole gang back to your front door. Location Location !! Once you park your car, you really do not have to drive anywhere all week if you dont care to. Your just a few steps over to Rosemary Beach where you will find some quaint restaurants, shops, coffee & wine bars and the famous sugar shack candy store.
Head the other direction and you can walk or bike to Alys Beach. This stunning community will dazzle you with its unique architecture. There is also sevewral great restaurants here, Georges for seafood, OKU for swank atmosphere but increidble Sushi, You will also find some high end shops, a great coffee bar and the new "Neat" Vodka and Bourbon tasting bar. The Fonville Press is a must for morning breakfast and coffee.

Our 4 bedroom house is ideal for any size family or families from 3 - 12 people. We feature a massive king suite upstairs with walk out balcony, another King suite upstairs with full bath and walk out balcony. the first floor has the kids bunk room with two sets of bunks. There is also another queen room on the first floor and there is a full bath off the kitchen living area on the first floor. We have flat panels in every room, High Speed internet throughout the house, and there is a smart TV in the living area and bedrooms, so bring your HULU and Netflix passwords.
