Enjoy spectacular direct gulf front views from the private balcony of the phenomenal, newly decorated upscale condo at Seawind 606 which features 2 King Bedrooms and 1 Queen bedroom. The private balcony which is furnished with 2 lounge chairs, a comfortable sofa and 2 side chairs that can be accessed from both the Living Area and the Master Bedroom. All stays between March 1st - October 31st guests will receive one complimentary beach set up with their rental - 2 Beach chairs with umbrella. Extra set ups are available for rent daily or weekly and Seawind is the only complex in Gulf Shores with on-site water sports opportunities including jet skiing, banana boat rides and parasailing. Seawind also has a beach share box where guests leave items they don't take home for others to use.
The living area has an inviting and comfortable sofa and love seat and 1 rocker/swivel, a 50 inch flat screen TV with Roku. Wifi and internet are included.
Deluxe accommodations include a spacious Master Bedroom with a King bed, 43in Smart TV and a private access Bathroom and Balcony. The 2nd Bedroom features a King size bed, 40in Smart TV and a private access to the adjoing bathroom. Both bathrooms feature granite top cabinets. Bedroom 3 is a very small room that features a Queen bed, 32inTV wall mounted and a dresser (no closet in this room and very little floor space). Although our unit is advertised and has the capacity to sleep 8, we feel it sleeps 6 most comfortably, especially if all guests are adults. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
All TVs have access to satellite provided through SecureVision.
A pack n play and high chair is available for our little guests. We have extra beach chairs and beach toys for guest use as well. Large laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, ceramic glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has beautifully appointed granite top cabinets.
You will find everything you need for a most relaxing home away from home vacation at Seawind. Swim any time of the year in our indoor/outdoor pool. We have the most awesome Zero Entry Children's pool with sprays and fountains. You can also relax in our onsite hot tub, sauna, and state-of-the-art fitness center with 2,000 square feet of professional grade fitness equipment as well as a media room. Seawind also has a 3-story covered parking garage.
Seawind is located in the heart of Gulf Shores and is within walking distance from the Hangout, Gulf Island Grill, Hooters, and the Pink Pony Pub. Sea n' Suds restaurant is right next door, and the Waffle House is directly across the street. Occassionaly, you might view the Blue Angels practicing over the Gulf. During your stay, there are many things to do including: shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, a water park, thrill rides at arcades, carpet golf, movie theatres, art centers, golf courses, museums, etc.
Seawind has a no smoking/vaping and no pet policy. There is an covered outdoor smoking area on the ground floor near the street side of the building.
