*This townhouse can accommodate three cars. No additional parking spaces are available. The Beachview Homeowners Association does not allow Motorhomes, jet skis or trailers of any kind to be parked within the community! Parking on the street or grass areas is prohibited. There is no smoking/vaping allowed on the property. No exceptions. Remember there is an outdoor shower and hose, sand stays outside. This is someone's personal home. There is no need for there to be excessive sand in the unit. Please make sure you are being respectful in this area. If excessive violations of this occur, additional cleaning/damage fees will be charged.
