From the fully stocked kitchen, brand new A/C & furnishings, the amazing flooring throughout, the large open shower in the master with a built-in seat and several shower heads, you'll really feel like you're on a true vacation! Relax and take a nap on the swing overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound as you smell the grill going and watching friends/family play in the sand while others are jet skiing. You are a short 9 min walk (0.4 miles) from the Gulf of America and have plenty of storage for your bikes and beach toys in the oversized garage. Free Wifi is provided but traditional cable is not.

The home will accommodate parking for a total of four (4) vehicles: Two (2) in garage and two(2) on the driveway.
Ring Cameras are located outside of the home.
Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):
*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*After first warning for disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.
