Located just next door to Rosemary Beach in the gated community of Sunset Beach, Southside of 30A. The "Sun and Sea" Bungalow is a darling 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, fully equipped, beach house that sits just 4 houses in from the private beach, about 80 steps to the beach and the unique beachfront heated pool that sits a top of the sand dunes. This very welll appointed beach house was just painted, interior and exterior and all new furnishings done in 2023. This Beach house is ideal for a couple escaping for a week in paradise or a family of (up to 6) looking to get away and relax on one of the prettiest beaches in the world with the best proximity to dining, shopping and area attractions.
The best part of the Bungalow is its location. Not only is this just a few steps to the beach and the pool but you can walk out the gate and turn right and you are in Rosemary Beach or turn left and you are in Alys Beach. Rosemary features some decadent restaurants, quaint shops, coffee and wine bars, and the new Pescado Roof Top Bar, and the famous Sugar Shack candy store for kids of all ages. Turn left and your in the new Alys Beach community featuring some stunning archtecture and some fabulous shops and restaurants like "Georges" Seafood Restaurant and the new "Citizen Restaurant" along with the newest edition, "Neat" tasting bar featuring award winning Vodkas and Bourbons from all over the world. Most weekends you can find live music in the village of Seacrest or Rosemary square. So many great restaurants and shops to walk or ride your bike to. You do not have to get back in your car. Bike rentals are available and the scenic 30A bike trail is right outside the gate and runs for 26 miles. Your an easy bike ride into the Hub/ Big Chill and Seaside is a fun ride ( 4 miles) and you can have lunch or a few drinks in this cute little town before riding back to your house. Youll pass over some very scenic coastal dune lakes, bridges, and some amazing homes that you may want to photograph.
We know your family will love this Bungalow and this end of 30a, as much as we do and once you vacation here, you will want to come back again and again. We look forward to seeing you at the beach.
