We believe in Indigo so much, that we own FOUR 2 BR units in the building - This one (1104E), 1204E, 1804E & 1904E.
Owners take great pride in providing a clean, clean, clean condo, frequently pitching in on cleanings and inspecting condo before guest arrival to ensure quality.
Newly purchased in October of 2021, the first order of business was to replace the carpet with $18,000 worth of new 'wood plank looking' porcelain tile flooring mean there is no wall-to-wall carpeting in this condo. Complete travertine and 'wood plank porcelain tile' flooring makes this one of the most beautiful and striking condos at Indigo. No carpet also means no worries about stains, and an easily cleaned situation in the case of a mishap. Our guests love the look and feel of this specialized flooring.
In several of our other 2 BR condos at Indigo, we reconfigured the layout of furniture for the purpose of creating a "media room / sleeper sofa room" between the kitchen and the northside balcony. While we still only allow 6 persons, this side room makes for a great way for some members of your group to go to sleep, yet still allow others in the living room to stay up and not give up that sofa. The sleeper sofa added for this room is a luxurious Natuzzi leather queen sleeper sofa with fabric straps (not hard bars) and a ultra luxury mattress. Although this side room does not have an entry door, it is a great way to get some of the advantages of a 3 BR condo, without actually renting a 3 BR condo.
Enjoy the view from the balcony or the white sand beach. The Oasis Style Pool area includes a beach style entry area, complete with fountains . Great for the little ones. A separate kid's pool, hot tub and gazebo are also available.
Balconies off both bedrooms. Master faces Gulf of America. Perdido Key and Old River can be seen from the balcony of other bedroom.
