​We have added a specialized, super comfortable sleeper sofa (Natuzzi Leather with Luxury Mattress) in a very unique arrangement that allows use of this 3rd sleeping area without disturbing the rest of the guest group that might want use of the living room while others go to sleep. We would be happy to talk to you by phone to explain further. Basically, we are utilizing a room adjacent to our large kitchen, as a media room with the sleeper sofa, which can actually be left in the open position your entire stay if desired, without interrupting the rest of the guests. As owners, we truly care about our guests and we even check you in personally. We believe in Indigo so much, that we own four 2 BR units in the building - This one (1204E), 1104E, 1804E and 1904E. Beyond the shadow of a doubt, Indigo is the highest end complex in Perdido Key, that offers short-term (weekly) rentals. Yet, our 2 BR rates are still quite affordable for such an incredibly beautiful and amenity-rich situation. From the moment that you arrive at the secure, gated entrance, until you put your toes in the powdery soft sand on our expansive 500 foot "private beach" right on the Gulf waters, you will be lost in paradise and happy for it! Our 2 BR condo comes with 2 parking spaces, one of which entitles guests to garage parking spaces. You will use an elevator that is dedicated to only serving the 2 BR units in our building, and it opens directly to our private foyer - which leads you into our condo through a set of double doors. WIth travertine tile and rich real wood flooring throughout, Those appreciating cleanliness and lack of dust will appreciate the fact the our entire condo is carpet-free! We have a few scatter rugs, but they are easy to clean and kept vacuumed at each and every cleaning between guests. Ask us about Snowbird specials during the winter months.
